Governor Jared Polis signed an Executive Order on April 6, 2020, granting County Treasurers the authority to waive delinquent interest through April 30, 2020, as well as collect multiple payments from taxpayers to equal the amount due by the statutory deadlines.
Based on this Executive Order, Treasurer Irene Josey and the Larimer County Treasurer’s Office will be accepting payments as follows:
- First-half payments may now be made until April 30.
- The full payment deadline remains on April 30.
- The second half payment deadline remains on June 15.
- Taxpayers may now make multiple payments as long as it equals the amounts due by the above-stated deadlines.
Payments made after these dates may be subject to delinquent interest.
