As part of pandemic recovery efforts, the City of Fort Collins is launching the Small Business Grants program to help our local small business community address impacts of the COVID-19 health crisis.
Eligible small businesses include those with less than 50 employees who make less than $500K in revenue a year, along with solopreneurs, artists, and musicians who had challenges that were attributed to or aggravated by the Covid-19 public health crisis.
Examples of continuing challenges to businesses include:
- reduced revenue from ongoing spikes in COVID cases
- increased expenses from supply chain issues
- increased salary and hiring costs
- and other increases in operating expenses.
Small Businesses Grants are available to help with three recovery goal areas:
- Stabilization
- Technical Assistance
- Workforce & Talent Acquisition
Applicants may request up to $10,000 in TOTAL funding within the goal areas.
There will be two rounds of grants:
Round 1: Opens August 1 and closes August 30, 2022
Round 2: Opens October 3 and closes October 31, 2022
